Working for you and your family, we exist to support people with mobility issues or disabilities to get around their homes easier – helping you to keep your independence and enjoy the home you love for longer.
We work to prevent trips, falls and illness and promote wellbeing through our tailored and trusted services. We can work directly with you and your family, and work in partnership with local authorities and commissioning groups to deliver contracted work. From changing a lightbulb to fitting a wetroom, we’re here to support you.
Born to continue the great work of Lincolnshire Home Independence Agency, our services have a massive impact on people’s lives – and the wider economy, reducing stresses placed on health services. Preventative services like ours can save the taxpayer millions of pounds each year.
Acis HomePlus is part of the Acis Group, with a vision to provide better homes, better services and, ultimately, better lives for the communities where we work. To find out more, visit www.acisgroup.co.uk

Keeping and enjoying independence is key for many people and our services are all tailored to the individual requirements of our customers.
But we know we can’t do it all alone. We work with likeminded organisations – public, private and voluntary – to aid our customers, and subsequently reduce stresses placed on the NHS.
We’re open to referrals from other organisations and can support with action plans as we aim to support as many people in our communities as possible.
